Tailor-made experiences are available for the guests, ranging from photography to wildlife watching. There are private excursions to the Torres del Paine National Park, private reserve tours, glacier-walking, biking, kayaking, and horse riding.

Children
Families are welcome and there is no charge for children under the age of 5. Baby cots and car booster seats are available, as are kids' menus and highchairs.
