This boutique location houses just 22 rooms that come in six categories. At its top end, terrace suites fit with double-sided fireplaces, cosy junior suites, and four-bedroom Manor Houses for larger parties. Each room is defined by modern minimalism with tactful artisanal embellishments, from oil paintings and hand-woven rugs, that exude simple luxury. Fit with underfloor heating, bean to cup coffee machines, boutique toiletries.

Food & Drink

Dining at Quinta do Paral is a celebration of Alentejo’s culinary heritage. The Wine Restaurant, with its floor-to-ceiling display of the estate’s finest vintages, serves seasonal menus highlighting locally sourced ingredients. At the same time, the Estate Lounge offers a more relaxed setting for casual dining. Breakfast features homemade jams, fresh-baked bread, and artisanal cheeses, while lunch and dinner bring sophisticated takes on Portuguese comfort food. As the sun sets, the Quinta do Paral bar is the place to be—sip on a signature cocktail or a glass of the estate’s finest as you soak in breathtaking vineyard views.

How to get there

The most convenient way to reach Quinta do Paral is via Lisbon, Beja, or Faro airport. The estate is approximately two hours from Lisbon, 25 minutes from Beja, and an hour and 45 minutes from Faro. Private transfers or rental cars are recommended for an easy journey through the picturesque Alentejo countryside.
