Elephant Pepper Camp
Maasai Mara & Southern KenyaLocated in a wildlife-rich area of the Mara North Conservancy in Kenya, Elephant Pepper Camp is a seasonal tented camp operated by Elewana. Set beneath a grove of fig and elephant pepper trees, it was refurbished in 2014 and combines rustic charm with modern comforts.
There are eight double or twin luxury safari tents, and two larger tents for families or honeymooners. Each one features Indian Raj Campaign furniture, woven rugs, and red accents, while the en suites feature flush toilets and hot and cold running showers. Each tent has a veranda with hammock, ideal for lazy wildlife watching.
All meals at Elephant Pepper Camp are provided with delicious northern Italian cuisine and fresh baking and salads on the menu. The communal area has a bar, lounge and viewing platform.
Safari activities include day and night game drives with opportunities to observe the migration river crossing between July and October. There are also guided bush walks, horseback safaris, and cultural visits on offer.

Location
Elephant Pepper Camp is in the northern part of the Maasai Mara, Kenya. From Nairobi airport take a 30-minute transfer by road to Wilson Domestic Airport. There are daily one hour long flights to Mara Shikar Airstrip which is 20 minutes from the camp

Eight spacious tents each with an en-suite bathroom. The Honeymoon tent has a veranda and given its size is also suitable for families
