Kalkudah Beach House features five ocean-facing bedrooms across the main house and two villas. The main house includes a Beachview Bedroom and Beachview Suite on the ground floor, while the Kalkudah Suite occupies the upper level. Shared living spaces and a first-floor sun terrace offer ideal settings for reading, relaxing or private dinners. The single-storey Palm Villa includes two Beachview Suites and a spacious shared lounge and dining area—ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a private coastal retreat.

Food and Drink

Dining is driven by fresh, ocean-to-table ingredients sourced from local fishermen. Expect sea crab, reef fish, and aromatic Sri Lankan curries prepared with seasonal produce. Meals can be enjoyed poolside or on the beach, from relaxed picnics to candlelit dinners.

The property is powered by solar energy and features an on-site water purification plant, which provides clean drinking water to every tap and irrigates the gardens and pool.
