Arrival in Mexico City

Upon arrival at Mexico City, you’ll be escorted by car to your accommodation.

The remainder of your day will be spent at leisure.

Day 2

Mexico City

Your Mexico City stay begins with a full-day tour of the historic centre. The tour includes Zocalo Square, the National Museum and Metropolitan Cathedral, before lunch at a local restaurant.  

After lunch, enjoy a guided tour of the Anthropology Museum.

Mexico City - Teotihuacan

Today’s full-day excursion takes you to one of Mesoamerica’s most important sites, Teotihuacan. Learn about the rituals, beliefs, cosmology and everyday lives of the Aztecs and their predecessors.

Querétaro – San Miguel de Allende

Head into the colonial heartlands of Mexico, starting with the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Querétaro and its Baroque monuments.

Afterwards you’ll continue to San Miguel de Allende where you’ll check into your hotel.

Enjoy a full-day guided tour of the historic centre of San Miguel de Allende, including its famous pink church. You’ll also visit La Aurora where you’ll see local artists and craftsmen at work.

Enjoy leisure time in San Miguel de Allende this morning – your Travel Designer can recommend activities that suit your interests prior to departure.

After lunch, visit the local market to learn about and purchase Mexican ingredients and visit the vineyard at Cuna de Tierra to buy an accompanying bottle of wine. Enjoy a cookery class, before feasting on your creations.

San Miguel de Allende – Cuna de Tierra – Guanajuato

You’ll have time for a final wander around San Miguel de Allende before heading on a vineyard experience to Cuna de Tierra, where you’ll taste some of their finest wines paired with a four-course gourmet meal.  

End the day checking into your Guanajuato accommodation.

Guanajuato

Your guide will lead you on a full-day tour of the creative city of Guanajuato, where you’ll enjoy a walking tour through the historic old centre and lunch in a renowned local restaurant (not included).

GUANAJUATO - ROSEWOOD MANDARINA

Today you'll travel from Guanajuato to the Pacific coast and check into Rosewood Mandarina, a luxurious retreat set between jungle-covered hills and the sea. The afternoon is at leisure – relax on the beach or enjoy your suite’s private plunge pool.

PACIFIC COAST LEISURE

Spend the day enjoying the resort’s surroundings. You may choose to zip‑line through the jungle, horse ride on the beach, or unwind with a treatment at the Asaya Spa.

Explore more of Riviera Nayarit at your own pace. You could visit a nearby artisan village or take a guided walk along the coastline before dining back at the resort.
