Terms & Conditions

• Valid for the UK, Ireland, and Europe Markets.
• 2023 Complimentary Half Board (applied to Dinner only) will be valid for travel dates until 15 November 2023.
• 2023 Bed & Breakfast and All-Inclusive rates discount will be valid for travel dates until 21 December 2023.
• 2024 Bed & Breakfast and All-Inclusive rates discount will be valid for travel dates from 3 January to 21 December 2024.
• Room rates discount doesn't apply to additional persons or F&B supplements.
• Half board option is not transferable for a cash alternative or a credit.
  
• Kids will stay & eat free (one child per adult up to 12 years old, maximum is two children per booking) when choosing from the Children's a la carte menu. Parents will be charged if kids choose the adult menu.
• If more than 20 children are on the resort at one time, we also offer a complimentary kids' high tea from 17:00 to 18:00. Families choosing not to take this option can opt for the children's a la carte menu during the evening service.  
• This will be chargeable if the child orders anything from the adult menu. 
• The provision of drinks is served subject to the parents' board basis. If the parents are on an all-inclusive meal plan, the children will be offered complimentary soft drinks. This will be chargeable if the parents are on the bed & breakfast plan. 
• During the Festive program from 22 December to 2 January, we offer a kid's high tea from 17:00 to 18:00 on a complimentary basis. All other children's meals are chargeable.
• All offers are subject to availability.
