With a fascinating culture, buzzing capital and serene, pristine beaches, Thailand is a great honeymoon destination. This itinerary will take you from Chiang Mai to the Golden Triangle, Phuket and its islands, and Bangkok. Prepare for adventure, relaxation and lots of together-time.

Arrival Bangkok
Upon arrival at Bangkok airport, you’ll be escorted by car to your accommodation in the city.
The remainder of your day will be spent at leisure.
If you’re not too tired, a river cruise on the hotel’s restored barge offers a great introduction to the city.

Bangkok
Day at leisure to explore Bangkok. Visit the Grand Palace, wander round vibrant temples, see the Reclining Buddha in Wat Pho, browse designer shops, indulge in a massage or sip cocktails at a sky bar.

Bangkok – Chiang Mai
After breakfast, you’ll be escorted to the airport for your flight to Chiang Mai. Upon arrival, you’ll be privately escorted to your hotel.
Enjoy a little leisure time to explore or relax in the resort.

Chiang Mai
Your adventure in Chiang Mai begins with a long tail boat trip, where you can admire historical sites from the river. Stop at Wiang Kum Kam, an ancient lost city, where you can explore by foot or bicycle.
After lunch in a local restaurant, visit one of Thailand’s most sacred temples, the hilltop Wat Phra That Doi Suthep.

Chiang Mai – Chiang Rai
Rise early to experience a Buddhist alms-giving ceremony, where Thai monks walk barefoot through the streets collecting food before going to the temple to pray. Then head back to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep to participate in your own private blessing ceremony.
After lunch you’ll be driven to Chiang Rai.

Chiang Rai – Golden Triangle
Spend the next two days exploring the Golden Triangle. Visit local villages and craft centres, go trekking, meet hill tribes, and spend time with rescued elephants at the Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation.

After a hearty breakfast, continue your exploration of the Golden Triangle.

Chiang Rai – Khao Lak
You’ll depart early from Chiang Rai for the drive back to Chiang Mai, where you’ll catch a flight to Phuket. Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll be met by a local representative and driven to your accommodation in Khao Lak.

Khao Lak
Enjoy two days at leisure at Khao Lak. Go snorkelling and scuba diving, take a sunset cruise or private boat charter to explore the coastline, go bird and wildlife watching, visit temples, go jungle trekking, or indulge in a couple’s spa treatment.

Khao Lak
Enjoy the day at your own leisure.

After breakfast, catch a speedboat to the marina in Phuket, where a second speedboat will whisk you to the island paradise of Koh Yao Noi.

Enjoy four days on Yao Noi. Explore the underwater world on dive and snorkel trips, go island hopping on a private charter, try rock climbing on the amazing karst rocks, watch Thai boxing, and unwind in the hotel spa.
