- Memory: Trekking across the Perito Moreno Glacier in Los Glaciares National Park, Argentina – With my crampons strapped onto my boots, and multiple layers keeping me warm, crunching through the ice of this natural wonder will forever stick in my mind. Whilst trekking over Perito Moreno was a pinch-me-moment in itself, observing the glacier from the famous boardwalks was a true highlight, as vast chunks of ice broke off and crashed into the water beneath.
- Country: Costa Rica – with one of the most biodiverse ecosystems in the world, this small section of Central America is a totally unique destination. The volcanoes, waterfalls, lakes, flora, fauna, and secluded lodges are just a few reasons why this country is one of the most exceptional I have ever visited.
- Road trip: The Amalfi Coast – this world-famous stretch of Italian coastline certainly lived up to its expectations. With colourful houses adorning the cliffside, Vespas whizzing down side streets, and church bells ringing in the distance, I was instantly mesmerized by the authentic glamour this historic destination takes so much pride in.
