Inle Lake has so much to offer so make sure that you see as much as possible by taking a long boat ride through the canals of the floating villages. On the water, you will see Myanmar’s traditional fishermen who are famed for balancing on one leg and when you go ashore you will be able to discover artisanal crafts by local weavers and silversmiths.

You need to rise early, but ballooning over Bagan is a must-do in Myanmar. As the sun climbs into the sky, you will glide over the 2,000 temples and be able to enjoy a bird’s eye view of this ancient city.
