Coco Tangalla

This villa hotel is situated close to Tangalle, a fishing village on the south coast of Sri Lanka. It enjoys a superb beachside setting and offers glorious sea views.

Coco Tangalla is a chic, black and white colonial villa that features an eclectic combination of modern furniture, antiques, exotic fabrics, and colorful accents. The six individually designed bedrooms are spacious and stylish and boast en suite bathrooms.

Four bedrooms are located in the main house and the additional two rooms are in a separate annex connected by a short passageway from the main house. Rooms can be booked individually or the villa, which accommodates up to 13 guests, can be rented exclusively.

The villa’s chef will create an array of delights, prepared using fresh, local ingredients.
A stay here offers endless opportunities for relaxation, pampering, and rejuvenation. Cool off in the infinity pool as you admire the views or relax with a massage that can be arranged onsite.

The villa is conveniently located for exploring the multitude of cultural and wildlife attractions in the area. Head to the Dutch Fort in the historic town of Galle; experience the thrill of a safari in Yala National Park; visit the Turtle Conservation Area, or discover the Mulgirigala rock temple. Whale-watching trips can also be organiZed from Mirissa, a 45-minute drive away. While swimming at the adjacent beach is not recommended, there is another beach within walking distance where you can swim and plenty of others nearby.
