Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is a secluded paradise set in the lush, rolling hills next to the Ayung River, just outside of Ubud. Mandapa is one of three Ritz-Carlton Reserves where there’s no reception - rather, you’re met by your butler who'll escort you to your ‘house’.

The 60 rooms comprise 25 one and two-bedroom pool villas with rice-terrace or riverfront views, and 35 Mandapa or Reserve suites which are located in a separate block set back from the rice terrace. Each one showcases exquisite architecture and craftsmanship from the local area – vibrant murals, Balinese prints, and sustainably-built Balinese furniture. They also include spa-inspired en suite bathrooms, private outdoor spaces, and the service of a personal butler.

Balinese and Asian cuisine is served at Sawah Terrace. The pool bar serves light meals and cocktails, and the Library is the place for an afternoon tea or a relaxing drink.

Mandapa is located a 10-minute drive from downtown Ubud, an area renowned for its arts and crafts, intricately carved temples, and natural beauty. Bali Denpasar International Airport is a 1-hour drive.
