Luangwa ValleyChindeni Bushcamp is a luxury safari camp situated on the banks of a lagoon with a spectacular backdrop of the Chindeni Hills, deep in Zambia’s South Luangwa National Park. This tented camp has an air of exclusivity and a modern, minimalist design. It's considered one of the most luxurious and stylish camps in South Luangwa.

The camp provides four spacious and beautifully decorated canvas tents designed for maximum comfort. Built on platforms along the edge of lagoon, the tents come with a private veranda, the perfect spot to relax on as you listen to hippos chortling and elephants wallowing in the lagoon.
Start the day with a delicious breakfast around the campfire then head out on foot to explore the area. After a few hours relaxation time, experience the thrill of a game drive and as night falls, you may even spot the elusive leopard.

Location and getting there
Chindeni is located in South Luangwa National Park in Zambia, a 3.5-hour drive from Mfuwe International Airport.
Accommodation
There are four elegantly-appointed canvas tents built on raised platforms and decorated in a contemporary style with four-poster beds; stripped wooden floors; cosy sitting rooms with wicker armchairs and footstools; luxurious bathrooms; and vaulted canvas ceilings. Private verandahs overlook the lagoon and come with hammocks. Two tents have two queen beds and two have king-size beds.
Activities
As well as day and night game drives, you can enjoy guided bushwalks. Or simply relax in the privacy of your tent as you watch the animals drinking at the lagoon.
Children
Children over 12 years old are welcome at the camp but it is more suited to adults. Under 12s are welcome if the camp is booked on an exclusive basis.
