Greater KrugerUlusaba is a luxury safari camp in the heart of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve on the border of the Kruger National Park in South Africa. There are three different lodges to choose from, each featuring a stylish combination of elegant, contemporary décor and unique African artwork.
Rock Lodge consists of ten individually designed rooms and suites perched high on a koppie with breathtaking views of the bush and Drakensberg Mountain. The Master Suite is ideal for honeymooners and there’s also a spa treatment room.
Cliff Lodge is Ulusaba’s magnificent private house which accommodates up to five adults and four children in two fabulous suites. The two-bedroom Cliff Lodge 1 is ideal for families and comes with a private deck and a pool overlooking the plains. Suites can be booked individually or on an exclusive basis, and if the whole house is rented you’ll get the added benefit of a chef, a private vehicle for game drives and full access to the gym and spa treatment room.
Safari Lodge provides 11 treehouse-style rooms linked by rope bridges and the wonderful Treehouse Suite, a 15-minute walk away. Some rooms come with private pools and there’s a spa treatment room. Safari Lodge only accepts children aged 12 and over.
Mouthwatering African-inspired cuisine is served in the outdoor boma, on the deck or in the dining room. There’s also a communal pool, a spa, and the bush observatory for a spot of stargazing.
