Located on a sprawling five-acre (two-hectare) stretch of lush land along Sri Lanka's southern coastline, ÀNI presents an exclusive and all-inclusive private resort reserved solely for a single group of guests.

Perched gracefully on a gentle elevation above a beach fringed with palm trees near Dickwella, this resort offers captivating vistas of the Indian Ocean. It can accommodate anywhere from 6 to 30 guests comfortably, offering a choice of eight Split-Level Suites, four Classic Suites, and three Family Suites. These accommodations are thoughtfully positioned around two two-story Tropical Modernism-inspired living spaces: Villa Monara (meaning Peacock) and Villa Divia (meaning Leopard). Each villa boasts its expansive infinity pool and breathtaking ocean views on either side, all set against lush green lawns.

It is just a 30-minute drive from Mawella Lagoon, where seaplanes touch down after a scenic 35-minute flight from Colombo; it provides a unique arrival experience. Additionally, it's within an 80-minute drive from Mattala Rajapaksha International Airport (HRI) and a three-hour drive from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) in Colombo. Accommodation
Spanning two levels to maximize ocean or garden vistas, each of eight Split-Level Suites boasts a spacious private terrace with twin daybeds for outdoor lounging. Four out of the eight suites include private plunge pools. Inside, beneath high woven bamboo ceilings, you'll find a king-size bed adjacent to an open sitting area, while the generous bathroom offers double sinks, an eye-catching circular bathtub, and a rainfall shower. A seamless ramp addition makes these Suites suitable for guests with accessibility needs.

Four Classic Suites is a modern retreat with a private terrace and twin daybeds overlooking the Indian Ocean or resort gardens. These suites feature a king-size bed on terrazzo floors, and three out of four have a private plunge pool. Some Classic Suites offer interconnecting options, allowing flexible family sleeping arrangements through shared entrances between two suites.

Boasting captivating green vistas, all three Family Suites provide the option of twin beds or a king-size bed, accompanied by an open-plan sitting area and a generously sized ensuite bathroom. Notably, two Family Suites share an entrance with Classic Suites, making them a convenient choice for families with younger members. All three Family Suites also offer garden courtyards, creating serene spaces for peaceful contemplation.

Guest Accessibility
ÀNI welcomes all guests, and for those with wheelchairs, thoughtful design features have been implemented to guarantee smooth mobility and full access to all amenities and spaces. These include gently sloping pathways across the resort, surrounding Villa Divia and Villa Monara, and an elevator in Villa Monara that links the library to the bar lounge. Furthermore, necessary bathroom handrails are provided in suites as per individual requirements.
