Peloponnese

Mainland Greece is often overlooked in favor of the islands, but our Travel Designers consider it one of the most beautiful corners of the Mediterranean. Especially the Peloponnese, the heartlands of Classical Greece, and the birthplace of the Olympics.

The Peloponnese peninsula is one of the world’s great archeological settings, home to ancient sites from Greek literature and myth including from Homer’s Epics. There’s Pylos – “Palace of Nestor” and the Unesco ruins of Mycenae among many remnants of the Classical Age.

Our highlight? The stunning Amanzoe, one of the Mediterranean’s most special resorts. This ultra-luxury retreat sits on a hilltop in the charming town of Porto Heli, enjoying panoramic views across the cerulean ocean, out the islands of Hydra and Spetses.
