Finnish LaplandTucked amongst snow-laden trees on a hillside in Finnish Lapland, Arctic TreeHouse Hotel offers fantastic views over the Arctic wilderness. Oozing modern Scandinavian style, this unique hotel features cubic wooden pods set around the main lodge, which is shaped like a five-pointed snowflake.
The 32 Arctic TreeHouse Suites sit on stilts with their northern sides made entirely from glass – perfect for Northern Lights viewing. Inside, the well-heated pods are cozy and welcoming with throws, blankets and cushions, and compact en suites. There are also five Arctic GlassHouses and some executive ArcticScene Suites, all with private saunas.
Rakas Restaurant serves a Scandinavian buffet breakfast and bistro-style cuisine. Its menus are based upon fresh ingredients and Lappish delicacies.
