Immersed in the countryside outside Siena, the property is set amongst gently rolling hills in the UNESCO protected Val d’Orcia Natural Park, a 2-hour drive from Pisa International Airport.

Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco has 23 suites in the historic buildings of Il Borgo, at the center of the estate, plus 10 exclusive villas, located here and in restored farmhouses around the estate. Special Rooms boast a spacious master bedroom with bathroom and comfortable sitting corner; some of the Junior Suites have a private terrace with views over the streets of the Borgo; Borgo Suites comprise a large living room and a spacious separate master bedroom with bathroom; Terrace Suites feature spacious terraces with shady pergolas; CDB Suites distinguish themselves by unique pieces created by Florentine artisans, exclusive and refined fabrics and some boast a magnificent private garden or a private terrace; Villa Suites comprise of two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a terrace, a large private garden, and private access. The villas sleep up to 4 to 12 guests, each situated on a quiet hilltop to ensure the utmost privacy. They are known having a private heated outdoor pool, outdoor terrace with A living and dining area beneath a shady pergola, and bi-level living space with a fireplace and other amenities.

Various fresh-air opportunities abound on the estate, whether on the tennis and bowls courts, or the endless hiking, biking, and horse-riding trails.
