Thorntree River Lodge

Located on the banks of the Zambezi River near Victoria Falls, Thorntree River Lodge is an exclusive lodge designed to blend into its natural surroundings. Fusing authentic African-style tented structures with contemporary luxuries, it’s a magical spot to enjoy the African wilderness.

The lodge contains eight twin rooms and two family units, accommodating a maximum of 24 people. Each unit has an indoor-outdoor bathroom, private deck overlooking the river, and sparkling plunge pool.

The main lodge contains a lounge and dining area, serving à la carte international cuisine. You can also dine in your room or on the sunken boma.

There are abundant activities including trips to Victoria Falls, game drives and rhino tracking on foot in the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park, river cruises, fishing, canoeing or birdwatching. Alternatively laze around the pool, workout in the gym, unwind in the spa, or bob gently on the floating deck while listening to the waters.
