TanzaniaSet on a working coffee plantation on the outskirts of Arusha, Lake Duluti Lodge takes its name from the nearby mystical crater lake. This lodge is set within lush gardens, and makes an ideal starting point for Tanzanian safaris.
Accommodation is in 18 contemporary, African-style chalets, each positioned to face the coffee farm. The stylish, modern rooms feature beds with billowing mosquito nets, a comfortable lounge, and African arts and crafts. Each has an en suite and private terrace overlooking the gardens.
The main lodge houses a small library and dining room, which dishes up home-cooked meals with a contemporary twist and served with fine African wines. There’s also a refreshing swimming pool, small spa, and gift shop.
Tour the coffee plantation and experience the taste and aroma of fresh coffee, explore the lake by boat, enjoy cultural tours, and go hiking, biking, horse riding or birdwatching.
