Azura at Quilalea Island

Mozambique

Located in the southernmost point of the Quirimbas Archipelago, Azura at Quilalea offers you a true blue marine life sanctuary and an indescribable Eco-luxe retreat.

Fringed by the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean, just nine luxury villas are sprawled across two soft sandy beaches. No one does African-chic as well as Azura – rooms are constructed with natural coral stones and makuti thatch, and hues of blue, yellow and white complement the natural seaside surroundings. Here, you also get to help save on energy consumption by opting for the ECO mode by the simple flick of a wall switch.

Inside your villa, cushions and spacious living areas encourage lazing around on your four-poster beds or chilling out on your comfy couch. Outside, the sundeck extends out to the sandy white beach providing you with uninterrupted views of the ocean.

The culinary focus is on fresh seafood, prepared to perfection daily and served with fresh salads and vegetables.

The PADI dive and watersports centre allows guests to explore the vibrant world of sea turtles, dolphins, humpback whales and many others. There's also a gorgeous spa.
