Ecuador & GalapagosLocated in the affluent Samborondon neighborhood of Guayaquil, Hotel del Parque is a tropical oasis set amid a historic park and wildlife sanctuary. This 19th-century colonial property has been restored to offer a luxurious stay at the start or end of your Ecuador and Galapagos adventure.
The guestrooms and suites are decorated in pale greys and yellows, with authentic Ecuadorian furnishings and spacious marble en suites. The Park Suite has a large freestanding tub with views over the gardens.
Casa Julian serves a contemporary menu of seafood and traditional Ecuadorian cuisine, as well as afternoon tea. Guests can choose to eat in the restaurant overlooking the Daule River or at a private dining spot on the grounds.
Activities include coffee and chocolate experiences, and guided tours of the herb gardens and wildlife sanctuary. Leave time for a trip up the chapel’s bell tower for a unique spa experience.
