• This offer is combinable with contracted special occasion extras including honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, and repeat guest benefits. 
• A compulsory Green Tax of 6 USD per occupant in the villa, is not included in the room rates.
• Mandatory Festive Supplements: Christmas Gala & NYE Gala Dinner supplements are mandatory and additionally chargeable for stays falling on 24 December 2023 and 1 January 2024.
• Complimentary children's meals are available from the children's menu only, and meals from the adult menu are subject to additional charges.
