Shangri-La Vancouver

Vancouver & Surrounding Areas

The Shangri-La Vancouver is a luxurious sanctuary set between the mountains and the sea on Canada’s west coast. The stunning glass façade rises 62 storeys into the sky, making it the tallest building in the city.

Guests can relax in one of the 119 rooms with Asian-inspired décor and luxurious finishes. The gold-accented interiors are elegant and bright, and there are floor-to-ceiling windows and Asian art and tapestries adorning the walls. Some select suites have balconies.

The impressive in-house restaurant is helmed by three-star Michelin chef Jean-Georges Vongerichtenhis who serves up his signature style of East-West fusion cuisine. The Ginger Juice Bar offers fresh-pressed juice drinks and healthy snacks next to the pool area.

Other facilities include CHI, a spa-within-a-spa concept where each treatment room has its own hot tub, steam room, and relaxation area. There’s also a 24-hour gym, and yoga and Pilates facilities.

Why we recommend Shangri-La Vancouver

The Shangri-La Vancouver was built with guidance from a Feng Shui master and blessed from the roof to foundations by monks which alone makes it a very special stay.
