Six Senses Paro

Paro, Thimphu & Punakha

Six Senses Bhutan is a collection of five intimate lodges set in the western and central valleys of Bhutan, each offering its own character, environment and experiences. Newly opened, Six Senses Paro is affectionately known as ‘Stone Ruins’, thanks to its location next to the site of an ancient dzong.

With 82 suites and villas spread across five resorts, they’re designed to guide visitors on a journey through the Happiest Place on Earth. Throughout, natural warm hues are used to highlight the sense of bringing the outside in.

There’s an onsite restaurant serving gourmet Bhutanese cuisine and several indoor and outdoor community areas, where guests can laze around al fresco or gather around a roaring fire.

There’s also a Six Senses Spa overlooking the stone ruins. Hike to Taktsang ‘Tiger’s Nest’ Monastery, visit Paro National Museum and Paro Dzong, explore local markets, and light butter candles at Kyichu Lhakhang.
