Borneo Rainforest Lodge is nestled in a serene and enchanting setting alongside the Danum River in the heart of Danum Valley, a major conservation area. The rainforest is home to an incredible array of wildlife and is one of the best spots for seeing wild orangutans. The lodge in Sabah is terribly romantic and offers the perfect jungle escape.
This rustic eco-lodge can accommodate up to 60 guests in 31 single-storey and double-storey chalets. Each is stylishly designed to maximise comfort and privacy, and features huge windows, an outdoor decked area and all modern amenities. Fans are installed instead of air-conditioning, which adds to the unique back to nature experience. The Deluxe chalets are exceptionally romantic and have the added luxury of a hot tub.
Dining on the terrace in jungle surroundings is a truly magical experience. The cuisine features local and international delicacies served buffet style, is outstanding.
Activities include day and night trekking, and safari night drives. The spectacular Tree Top Canopy Walkway suspended 30-metres above the ground is a must. Other highlights are tubing down the river, visiting the ancient Kadazan-Dusun Tribal Burial Cliff and enjoying a dip in the natural pool.

Borneo Rainforest Lodge is nestled in a magnificent setting alongside the Danum River flowing through Sabah's largest protected Lowland Rainforest, a 2.5-hour drive away from Lahad Datu Airport.
The lodge comprises of 31 chalets that accomodate up to 60 guests. The River View Deluxe chalets feature a provate outdoor tub on the private balcony and is set amidst the rainforest, providing a magnificent view of the nature’s abundance. The Jungle View Deluxe chalets are spacious rooms with outdoor tub and deck chairs that offer endless beauty of the nature, recommended for families with children. The Jungle View Standard chalets come with an outdoor deck where guests are able to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the rainforest.
