HEAD OF MARKETING (APAC) – JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for that special individual who can share the story with our clients through strategic and communicative marketing practices.

Company – Lightfoot Travel – Singapore OR Hong Kong

Reports to – Board of Directors

Working Hours – 40 hours per week

The Employee will be responsible for, including but not limited to:

  • Creating and deploying the marketing strategy for the group
  • Working on the digital marketing strategy for the company, including staying ahead of new developments in social media, eDM, PPC and SEO, reviewing performance and monthly reporting
  • Managing the relationship with the PPC agency including monitoring performance, reporting and researching
  • Managing a team of marketeers and oversight on content creation
  • Managing the database to ensure all potential client data is being captured and correctly segmented
  • Developing relationships with journalists and key influencers in APAC; providing relevant product information and coordinating press trips
  • Liaising with the creative agency and designer for on-brand collateral
  • Developing database and brand awareness through new partnerships
  • Creating and managing events in our core markets around APAC, including Singapore and Hong Kong.
  • Coordinating the production and sales of the print magazine with our editorial team Managing video project in conjunction with an external production company
  • Managing campaigns in new growth markets

 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience, preferably in the luxury sector
  • Proven ability to successfully implement and drive marketing strategies
  • Analytical Marketeer with excellent writing and proof reading skills
  • Passion for travel, knowledge of luxury and experiential travel
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM, Content Management Systems, MailChimp and Google Platforms
