Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Conditions:

• This offer is available for a stay until 23 December 2024
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
• Valid for new bookings only.
• All rates include government tax and service charges; green tax is excluded.
• Half board meal plan and Seaplance transfer discounts are valid for two adults in one-bedroom units, four adults in two-bedroom units, and eight adults in COMO Residence.
• Room and seaplane discounts do not apply to extra persons in the room.
• Offers cannot be combined with other promotions except for "Honeymoon Amenities".
• Offer is subject to stop-sale notification with a 48-hour notice period.
• The hotel must receive full payment for multi-bedroom units at least 21 days in advance and 14 days for one-bedroom units.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation charges for one-bedroom units between 14 and 8 days before arrival are 50% of the total booking, and 1within 7 days of arrival, they are 100%.
  
• Cancellation charges for multi-bedroom units between 21 and 14 days before arrival are 50% of the total booking, and within 14 days of arrival, they are 100% of the total booking.
• Bookings for the Festive period must be fully paid 60 days before arrival to confirm the reservation. Cancellation conditions are as follows:
  • Between 60 and 46 days before arrival, 50% of the entire stay will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 45 days of arrival will be charged for 100% of the stay.
  • Late arrivals, no-shows, and early departures will incur total charges without exception.
