Marine life is abundant in the Maldives and divers can expect to see rays, reef sharks, colourful coral, green and hawksbill turtles and tropical fish. Drift diving, swim-throughs, caverns and overhangs make for fascinating exploration in the cobalt blue waters.

Ari Atoll is considered one of the biggest and best dive sites in the Maldives. This accessible atoll is famed for its graceful manta rays, whale sharks and hammerheads, alongside schools of colourful fish, morays and eagle rays. Photography enthusiasts are sure to get incredible underwater shots here. Another must dive site is Baa Atoll, which has UNESCO Reserve status due to its impressive marine diversity.
