Garden Village Bled

Tucked in a leafy valley just outside Bled, Garden Village Bled is an eco-resort a short walk from Slovenia’s most famous lake. This romantic resort offers innovative accommodation, along with an organic garden and restaurant, natural spring pool, and wellbeing activities.

There are five types of accommodation: two-storey tree houses with en suite, hammock, and balcony with a rocking chair; riverside pier tents and tree tents, which share communal toilets and showers; glamping tents with en suites and outdoor hot tubs; and studio apartments with massage bathtubs.

Restaurant Vrtnarija serves modern Slovenian cuisine using produce grown in the organic gardens or locally sourced. Meals are complemented by a Slovenian drinks list.

The resort is ideally located to explore Lake Bled, Bled Island, and Bled Castle, as well as excursions to Lake Bohinj and Vintgar Gorge. But there’s plenty to occupy guests in the resort, with a yoga and meditation pavilion, a river stream with a small beach, and a children’s adventure playground.
