Hotel Portetta

Portetta Hotel has 44 rooms, family suites, and apartment lofts (two to three bedrooms), all conveniently set at the foot of Courcheval 1650’s slopes. Interiors are warm and woody with earthy mountain tones throughout, providing a cozy setting for a skiing holiday.

Portetta thinks about everyone. All rooms have the ability to be twins or double and each has stunning views of either the slopes or on the valley. Some family rooms have bunks for children, while cots and extra beds can be provided for children under 11 at extra charge. Babysitters can also be arranged with 24 hours notice. There are two rooms adapted for wheelchair users.

Menus change seasonally and daily, and local chef Henri guarantees a Savoyard experience with fondue on Tuesdays and fish on Thursdays. There’s also a fitness area and the spa facilities include a sauna and hammam as well as a candle-lit relaxation lounge.
