Iguazu Falls & Ibera WetlandsLocated 20 minutes from Iguazu Falls in a private 25-acre plot of rainforest, Awasi Iguazu is a tropical paradise teeming with birds and butterflies. This Relais & Chateaux property features 14 private villas, each with their own private guide and 4WD.
The villas are built on stilts for minimal environmental impact and spread throughout the jungle offering guests utmost privacy. The interiors feature textiles and baskets made by the indigenous Guarani people, while the bathrooms have walk-in showers and large bathtubs. Outside, each villa has its own plunge pool, while the master villa has two bedrooms and a larger pool to accommodate families or two couples.
The award-winning restaurant serves creative cuisine featuring flavours of the jungle using traditional and modern techniques. Food is complemented by South American wines.
Knowledgeable private guides take guests to visit Iguazu Falls, explore archaeological sites, and experience local traditions with the Guarani people.
