The Mushara Outpost

Etosha National Park

The Mushara Outpost is situated a mere 10 kilometres from the Von Lindequist gate of the world famous Etosha National Park. This home away from home sets the standard for luxury accommodation and style.

The eight spacious and luxurious tents sleep 16 guests in total. The tents are dotted along the banks of an ancient dry riverbed known to the locals as an “omaramba”. They’re set on a wooden deck and raised above the ground, giving you a new perspective of the bush. A large glass sliding door leads into the tent and all windows and doors are conveniently covered with a fly-screen. The furnishing of the tents is minimal, and the whole property has an easy feel to it which is echoed throughout the lodge.

There is also a lovely swimming pool to cool off in after a long game drive and plenty of areas to relax in with a good book in the main house.
Lions dominate the food chain and cleverly use waterholes as hunting grounds which make for some unforgettable sightings.
