With six private becahes, many bird sanctuaries and a huge expanse of the native bush, a stay at The Landing is interesting, active and varied. With a range of outdoor activities, it is possible to play tennis, fish, scuba dive, try out watersports or go sailing. Take a trip to the nearby Kauri Cliffs to play golf on their famous course or stay in The Landing and make the most of the facilities on your doorstep.

The Landing Residences is located in the incomparably stunning Bay of Island, a 40-minute flight from Auckland to Kerikeri Airport, followed by a 35-minute drive transfer.
The property houses 3 villas, each with its own beautifully manicured garden. The Boathouse is located on the water's edge at Wairoa Bay, offering extensive living space, a covered courtyard, terraces, outdoor fireplace, two bedrooms and huge entertainment areas. The Cooper Residence is a 5-bedroom house, comprising a large lounge, private library, spacious dining areas and a lofty barn-style kitchen. The Gabriel Residence is a 4-bedroom located directly above the tranquil waters of Wairoa Bay, with extensive outdoor living spaces, covered terraces and deck, open-air courtyard, fully-equipped kitchen, pool table, library and lounge.
