Why we recommend Mount Gahinga Lodge

"Tucked away in the far southwest of Uganda, Mount Gahinga Lodge rests at the base of the Virunga Volcanoes at the border between Uganda, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo; a remote and secluded slice of nature. While gorilla tracking is the obvious highlight, spend some time with the local Batwa Pygmies, the oldest inhabitants of the rainforest, and discover their ancient traditions and cultures."
