Accommodation

Hotel Rosa Alpina’s spacious rooms and suites are an incredible combination of cosmopolitan style and rustic chic. Blond wood paneling and floors pair seamlessly with raw stone, neutral linens, and marble bathrooms. Modern conveniences like flatscreen TVs and iPod docking stations mix artfully with Italian furnishings in a way that feels completely organic and incredibly inviting.

Each one of the 51 rooms and suites is completely unique. Some include terraces, sitting areas, tiled stoves, and fireplaces – the ideal spot to curl up after a day on the slopes. All offer breathtaking views over the Dolomites, providing an authentic chalet experience from the moment you rise, to the moment your head hits the pillow.

Activities
Seasoned skiers have no doubt as to what makes Hotel Rosa Alpina the top choice for hitting the slopes (the hotel is just 300 meters from the Piz Sorega cable car, the gateway to over 1200 kilometers of runs and trails), but it’s not only the ski bunnies who love the hotel. In the winter, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice climbing can all be found on the rugged peaks of the Dolomites. And in summer, the emerald-green terrain is no less appealing - golfing, hiking, climbing, biking, even hand gliding, are all close at hand.

Of course, less heart-pounding activities can also be found. Stroll through the charming village of San Cassiano in Badia and mingle with the 750 inhabitants who are happy to share their experiences and the local way of life. Enjoy a BBQ lunch in a renovated mountain cabin or a delicious pot of fondue at the bar and grill. Relax like a queen at the spa, with a Cleopatra Bath enriched with milk, honey, and rosemary. Après-ski indulgences run the gamut from a glass of wine by the crackling fire, to a rejuvenating facial at the spa. The common theme is relaxation and the Italian art of the good life.

Children
Hotel & Spa Rosa Alpina welcomes children. Babysitting services and children’s programming can be arranged.
