The Mont Cervin Palace combines the finest Swiss hotel tradition with sincere, luxurious hospitality.
Arrive at the hotel in the popular red horse-drawn carriage which meets you at the station and head the short distance to the turreted, attractive facade that is The Mont Cervin Palace, Switzerland. Within its central location The Mont Cervin has over 175 rooms in four different buildings. All are connected and offer many different types of individually designed rooms and suites. Most of the rooms are south-facing with a balcony and views of the Matterhorn. Many of the suites also come with a jacuzzi and open fireplace.
The exclusive suites on the 6th floor of the Residence offer stunning views across Zermatt village to the Matterhorn. These are connected to the hotel but are across the road with their own entrance for added privacy. Each room in The Mont Cervin has Wifi and pay-TV.
The hotel′s pool and the 1,700 m² wellness and spa area is one of the most prestigious in the Alps. Complete with whirlpool, children’s pool and an outdoor pool, it is perfect for all ages to relax and enjoy, with the saunas and steam rooms inviting you in after a long day on the slopes.
The Hotel Mont Cervin is exceptional for childcare. There is a day long, free kindergarten run in their sister hotel, the Schweizerhof, just one street away. With a playroom in the spa area, you know your little ones are not far off while you get a pampering massage. Kids can make a dinner date among their peers while you have a relaxing cocktail at the bar as dinner is served to younger guests at 6pm, fully supervised by the staff.
You will dine well at The Mont Cervin in a welcoming Alpine ambience. The hotel’s own restaurant is split between two rooms. They serve a full breakfast buffet and at night an exceptional dinner with à la carte menus and weekly themed buffets. There is a large wine selection and traditional, top-quality service makes this a memorable dining experience. You could also enjoy lunch or dinner at the more informal Grill Le Cervin. Here, fish and meat are tastefully prepared on a charcoal-grill, complete with market fresh produce from the French kitchen.
For a broader dining experience, the hotel offers the traditional “Dine Around”, with a choice of ten different restaurants around Zermatt. These include French, Thai, Swiss, Italian and Japanese cuisine.
The Hotel Mont Cervin is also connected to the Petit Cervin by an underground corridor. The Petit Cervin has its own restaurant, reception and entrance and like the Residence, guest here can use any of the facilities of the Hotel Mont Cervin.
