Kicheche Valley Information
- Location & Getting There
Kicheche Valley is located in a 50,000 hectare conservancy, close to the Enniskeria rier region and the vast plains of the Masai Mara. The property is located near to the Naboishio airstrip, and from there, it is a 15-30 minute car transfer.
With only 6 luxury tented camps accommodating up to 12 guests, Kicheche Valley is a very intimate retreat. The décor is inspired by Western African and Swahili cultures and the octagonal shaped tents offer comfortable abodes with bathroom, with running hot water and a deck with wicker veranda chairs.
Game viewing is the main draw at Kicheche Valley and with superb big cat, elephant and giraffe viewing, guests are in for a treat. Birdwatching is also a great activity, with unusual and rare species that can be observed from the camp itself.
Children are welcome though better suited to those that are slightly older as the camp is unfenced and there are high drops from the tents’ platform. Kids-friendly meals as well as activities can be organised.
