Svalbard, in the Arctic North, is a sweeping archipelago of dramatic peaks and glaciers, icefields and icebergs, and snow as far as the eye can see. One of Europe‘s last great wildernesses, it also boasts a terrain perfect for polar bears and exploration. Come here all year round, but particularly from February – April to ride the snowmobiles led by packs of huskies, go on glacier hikes, or just to feel a sense of unparalleled peace and silence.
