NorwayMalangen Resort sits on the banks of a fjord, an hour’s scenic drive north of Tromso. Surrounded by picturesque fjords, mountains, and forests, this hotel offers an abundance of thrilling winter and summer activities, including the opportunity to watch the Northern Lights.
There are 86 accommodation units ranging from standard rooms to sea view apartments and premium waterfront cabins. The rooms ooze Nordic simplicity, with muted neutral tones, nature photography, and panoramic windows overlooking the fjord. The apartments and cabins include kitchens and balconies.
The restaurant menu showcases north Norwegian delicacies. There are a sauna and outdoor hot tub for relaxation, and also a wilderness camp for those wanting to immerse themselves in nature.
