Cancellation policy:

• No penalty will be applied for cancellation made 14 days prior to arrival
• 50% charges will be applied for cancellation made between 14-7 days prior to arrival
  
• 100% charges will be applied for cancellation made between 0-7 days prior to arrival and for no-show and early departure
• In case any guests traveling have a positive COVID-19 test result within 10 days prior to arrival, FREE CANCELLATION will be extended. Alternatively, guests can use the same booking invoiced credit amount to rebook for a future date valid for 12 months with no blackout period, subject to availability and rate differences. Official COVID-19 test results are required in case a guest tested positive. This is applicable only for the villa booked for the guest who gets tested positive for COVID.
