You’ll also have the option to go kayaking at the glacier.
Vik - Bergen
After breakfast at your hotel, you’ll head towards Vik via a combination of bus and boat journeys. Here you’ll meet Vikings and enjoy a traditional lunch, before continuing to Bergen along a route filled with picturesque waterfalls.
In the evening, you’ll have the chance to dine at the Opus XVI Hotel while enjoying a classical concert.
In the morning, you’ll be taken on a private walking tour of Bergen, where you’ll see the funicular, fish market and other sights – you can upgrade to a Segway or e-bike tour. After a light lunch you’ll have an afternoon at leisure to browse the shops.
In the evening, head to Cornelius Restaurant, one of Norway’s finest restaurants on a small island. Here you’ll enjoy a five-course seafood dinner overlooking fjords and mountains.
On your final full day, you’ll learn more about the lifestyle of the Sami people who live in the far north. First, head to a local husky farm where you’ll meet puppies and help train them.
After a free afternoon to wander around Tromso, spend time with a local Sami family to learn more about their culture.
