Longitude 131

Northern Territories

Situated in the spiritual heart of Australia, and commanding spectacular views of Uluru and Kata Tjuta, Longitude 131º is an exclusive and romantic tented camp offering guests a unique experience.

Fifteen lavishly decorated and palatial tents built on stilts and covered with huge white canopies have been designed to complement the natural surroundings. Combining traditional Australian style with contemporary comfort, each air-conditioned tent features king-size or twin beds, stone floors, stunning bathrooms, and a private viewing platform.

Around the property, indigenous artworks from local artists stand alongside an array of artifacts. Glass doors open on to a desert landscape. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a high-canopied roof offer a welcome respite from the heat.

Table 131º features a daily changing menu of contemporary Australian cuisine prepared using indigenous flavors and fresh produce, and are served around communal tables at the Dune House. Alternatively, a romantic, private dining experience can be arranged.
