Tintswalo Atlantic

Cape Town

The Tintswalo Group runs an exclusive handful of properties in South Africa, two of which are in the Greater Kruger National Park. Tintswalo Atlantic is on the outskirts of Cape Town.

Sitting right on the water’s edge, Tintswalo Atlantic is built of wood and glass in order to blend in with its surroundings, with floor-to-ceiling windows ensuring that the Atlantic view is uninterrupted.

The ten suites and the Presidential Suite are all different but share a spectacular ocean view. Such is the lodge’s proximity to the sea that you can even spot whales from your room at certain times of the year.

The lodge has a lounge, bar, wine cellar and dining room, and its kitchen is ‘interactive’, as guests are invited to sit at the counter to watch the chefs in action. Food is taken very seriously at Tintswalo Atlantic, with lunch and dinner menus tailored to individual guests.

Sink into a deep sofa or a comfy chair and listen to the sound of the sea. Feel as though you're suspended over the ocean as you soak in the Jacuzzi, or eat lunch on the wooden deck which runs along the front of the property.
