The Lanesborough

England

In the heart of the capital, a stone’s throw from Knightsbridge, Buckingham Palace, and Hyde Park lies one of London’s most quintessentially British hotel, The Lanesborough. Erected in 1719, the Lanesborough was once the St George’s Hospital building, before being converted into the luxury hotel that we know it as in 1991.

Following a full refurbishment in 2015 The Lanesborough regained its position as London’s finest residences. Each of the 93 bedrooms and dining rooms has been restored to their original splendor, whilst the latest technologies and entertainment systems have been seamlessly added to bring this historical building into the digital age.

The Lanesborough boasts some of London’s most revered settings for dining. Executive Chef Florian Favario is at the helm of Celeste, which offers gourmet cuisine set under a dramatic glass roof. In addition, the hotel is home to one of the capital’s finest Cigar Lounges – The Garden Room. The Library Room and The Withdrawing Room are an inviting retreat for relaxed drinks.

The Spa Studio offers three deluxe treatment rooms and a selection of treatments delivered by an experienced team; a true haven of wellbeing and calm.
