Minutes away from the busy apres-ski hub of Hirafu Village, the Green Leaf is a quiet and chic hotel surrounded with nothing but the world’s finest powder snow.
Located at the base of Mount Niseko An’nupuri in Hokkaido, Japan, The Green Leaf Niseko Village has been recently redesigned to embrace the creative touch of renowned local artists. Inspired by an infusion of world-class design, local artistry and breath taking scenery, the 200 rooms provide an inviting ski in and ski out base. There is a tranquil spa to soothe your aching muscles after a day in the powder snow as well as natural onsen facilities. The wonderful array of dining options featuring local seafood and seasonal Hokkaido produce is not to be missed nor is the sociable atmosphere whilst enjoying cocktails at the Tomioka White lobby lounge.
The hotel has 96 Deluxe King Rooms (23sqm) which all connect with a Deluxe Twin Room (23sqm) which makes this an ideal choice for families. The suites are double in size of the Deluxe Rooms and offer a modern living room, two flat screen televisions and a kitchenette.
The hotel has excellent facilities and all your ski equipment can be arranged from the hotel. There is also a concierge who can assist with restaurant reservations or anything else to make your stay in Niseko a true winter getaway. With 12 – 16 metres of powder snow annually, skiing is clearly the main event in Niseko. However the concierge can also arrange snowmobile adventures, snow rafting, reindeer sledging, cat skiing and there is also a ski school for the children and beginners.
Lightfoot Travel provides tailor-made itineraries that include daily tours and excursions, restaurant recommendations and bookings, and can incorporate Niseko into a greater Japan holiday. Take a look at Cityscapes to Snowy Slopes as an example of a bespoke itinerary that we can create for you.
