Kruger National Park, South Africa

Singita Lebombo Lodge is an architectural icon in the safari world. Inspired by the perching nests of eagles, the 15 glass cube suites jut out from the rock face and offer spectacular views across the Sweni River and this isolated piece of pristine wilderness.

Found on the far eastern reaches of the Kruger National Park, the interiors of Singita Boulders are as breathtaking as the lodge’s dramatic situation: lavish lounging, dining and pool areas and cutting-edge contemporary style which fuses glass, slatted wood and bleached branches with natural, textured fabrics and luxury amenities.

The 15 suites are constructed almost entirely of glass, which ensures that your game viewing experience starts as soon as you get out of bed. The incredible views of the wilderness all around you can be enjoyed from both the indoor and outdoor showers and from the bathtub.

For families with children over the age of 10, there are plenty of activities offer. Children can enjoy baking with the lodge chefs, taking part in an exciting mini rangers course which includes frogging, butterfly capture and release and bush survival techniques to name a few.

Lightfoot Travel provides tailor-made itineraries that include daily tours and excursions, restaurant recommendations and bookings, and can incorporate Kruger National Park into a greater South Africa and African holiday.
