Location & Getting There:

Saruni Mara is set atop the secluded hills of the Mara North Conservancy, with wide open game plains to the south and lush forest to the north. Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi is just under 6 hours by car. Safarilink, Air Kenya, and Mombasa Air offer daily flights from Nairobi to nearby Mara North airstrip, around a 50 minute drive.

The aptly named Love Shack is the perfect romantic retreat, designed for long hours of relaxation. This wonderfully secluded space is known as Saruni Mara's honeymoon suite and features a bedroom that opens out onto a large veranda with a magnificent view of the valley - the perfect place for an al fresco dinner à deux.
