Designed by Interior Designer U Kyaw Sein and British architect David Wordsworth, the 36 elegant and stylish thatched villas feature high ceilings, spacious living areas and bathrooms with roll top baths. Local marble, teak wood and sandstone are in abundance. Each villa has a view of the bay and the beach, as well as direct access to the beach. Some villas also have a plunge pool.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the hotel’s restaurant overlooking the Bay of Bengal. For a romantic experience, dining on the beach under the stars is a must.

Spend long, lazy days on the beach or pool, sip cocktails at sunset, stroll amongst the lotus ponds or walk along the beach.

Location & Getting There

Ngapali Bay Villas & Spa is a 30-minute drive away from Thandwe's Mazin Airport, on a beautiful natural beach in Myabyin village.

Accommodation

The Suite Villas are directly on the beach, and offer their own private pavilion with reclining chairs. Some feature oversized teak hand-made bath tub with French carpentry management, from where the breathtaking beach scenery can be viewed. The Deluxe Sea View Villas boast their own plunge pools and private deck in the spacious backyard. Further away from the beach yet still offering beautiful views of the ocean from the floor-to-ceiling windows, lie the Deluxe Sea View Villas.

Activities

For out-going and adventurous guests, there are ample of activities in which to participate to satiate all active whims. Pearl Island is a great locale for snorkeling and guests will be surrounded by the swarms of a variety of colorful fish. Boat-rides to the best beaches in the vicinity where the sand is visibly undisturbed is also highly recommended. Basking in the sun, beach strolling, hiking or bicycling to nearby villages, visiting art galleries, observing local domestic industry and chatting with the locals are also some of the popular interactive pass-times for guests.
