- Location and getting there:
The lodge is situated in the Majete Wildlife Reserve in southern Malawi. It is a 2-hour road transfer from Blantyre international airport. Guests arrive by footbridge suspended over the Mkulumadzi River.
The lodge comprises 8 air-conditioned chalets: 3 double, 2 twins, 1 honeymoon and 2 family chalets. Each one features a vegetated roof, a comfy bed, contemporary furnishings, a spacious bathroom and a deck with an outdoor shower.

Activities are flexible and are led by first-class guides. They include game drives, boating safaris, bush walks, hiking Chimwala Hill, cultural tours, birding trips on the Shire River and to nearby Elephant Marsh and game-viewing from a hide.
Children of all ages are welcome and there are plenty of family-friendly activities on offer from nature walks to boating safaris. It is the perfect spot for children to explore and to learn about wildlife. Family accommodation is available and nannies can be arranged.
