Legendary Serengeti Camp is a mobile luxury safari camp that follows the wildebeest migration through the Serengeti, Tanzania’s largest national park. The camp offers front row seats to one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles.
The camp provides 11 spacious and elegant canvas tents designed for maximum comfort. It is split into two sections, each fully equipped and facing a different direction to ensure maximum privacy. The design of the tents evokes the spirit of the golden age of safari.

Legendary Serengeti Camp Information
- Location and getting there:
The camp is set up in 3 locations during different times of the year in Serengeti National Park, Northern Tanzania:
NORTH SERENGETI (mid JUL - end NOV) – approximately 45 minutes from Kogatende airstrip
WEST SERENGETI (mid MAY - mid JUL) – approximately 25 minutes from Grumeti airstrip.
SOUTH SERENGETI / MASWA (beginning DEC - end APR) – approximately 10 minutes from Makao airstrip (only accessible by charter).
The camp is a split camp: One camp has six or seven tents; the other has four or five. The tents feature large wooden beds with crisp white linens and mosquito nets, wooden and brass furnishings and en-suites with bucket showers (hot water is provided).
Each camp is self-contained and comes with its own lounge and dining facility.
Game drives are the main focus of the camp. Other activities include bush breakfasts, hot air ballooning and sundowners. All guests are given a private vehicle and guide.
Children of all ages are welcome however it is more suited to older children, as there are no specific facilities or activities for them. The camp is unfenced.
